A salesman from Eco First came to my house providing discounted pest control service for $40- the first time around mid of June. He said the service will include spraying the interior and exterior of the house in frontyard and backyard as well a 5 feet washdown of all the walls around the outside perimeter. The person who came in to spray did not complete the job at all just sparying near the entrance of the home on the inside and never doing the 5 feet washout on the outside walls. On enquiring the salesperson said they will come later for it but never happened. I called their Plano office to cancel the sevice and they said it is a $169- cancellation fees. I said the cancellation reason is bad service and they still insisted I will owe the cancellation fees. Last week I get another bill for $107- in my door that says Eco first has performed their quaterly service and have sprayed in the frontyard only that is 1/10th the size of the backyard and charge me the full fees. I keep the backyard locked they never cared to contact me to treat the backyard. How can I cancel this service and not let Eco First charge my credit card for the inferior service they provide. Do not go with Eco First specially when the door to door sales person comes talk to you. He told me that the neighbours are getting the service and if I do not get it all the pest from their home will run into mine after they treat that home. Do not get duped out of your money find another realiable pest control service.

Ecofirst has one of the best pest control services I have found in the Dallas metroplex. I can attest that my bugs are gone and my technician is a great guy. It's really nice to have a bug man that takes pride in his work
