This Home Depot Sub Contractor is unethical. They came to our house for a 4 room wood install. Home Depot charged us 1300.00 which we paid for. Cooper Flooring came in and told us that we'd have to pay 500.00 more. I called Home Depot and told them the situation. Also, I showed the installers from Cooper Flooring the door. Good riddance. Home Depot gave me back our money and I found another contractor (they were great) and they charged me 800.00 total. So I saved money and got rid of Cooper Flooring- a company that will try to extract more money from you for "additional floor prep." What a joke these people are.

They contract installations for Home Depot; they did a fantastic job; arrived earlier than 9 a.m. and finished by 4:30; vacuumed; cleaned up and worked constantly. Never took a break that I could see. Very professional and polite. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process.
