Obviously, the two reviews written below are from other banks. I believe that the "Plenty of bank choices. Choose one of them" and "I have never been treated ruder anywhere in my entire life" is a testament to my prior statement. I have used this bank since I was 16, and my family also uses this bank. They have treated us fair, as I would expect a lot of banks to do as well. The main reason I chose this bank is because my family was using it already. Furthermore, I do have experience with other banks. What I have learned about Comerica in comparison to other banks is that other banks are willing to charge higher fees to hold your money. This is most evidenced when trying to open a bank account as a student. I've worked personally with the staff and have never had a bad experience. If you really want to know for yourself, go in. I think the expansion of branches makes Comerica a great bank for anyone in the Dallas area. I grew up in Carrollton and went to Creekview. This has been my bank for a long time, and never have I been treated unfair. I believe this so much as to put my real name and face on this post as opposed to hiding behind a screen name with no accountability.

Worse service ever

The entire staff, was extremely rude. I will remove all money from my business account and close my dealings closed with this bank. I have never been treated ruder anywhere in my life. Then to make matters worse, Betty Hajek, the manager, is absolutely lazy, talking in a cell phone at her desk, and not helping at all. In another planet. Comerica has really got to see how this branch is ran. They would throw up.
