Its nice when you call ciraulo you get to talk to experts in the food service industry.they listen to my needs and fill my order with quility product.When they diliver they will put my order away and rotate the food.yes they will take the old for example lettuse downput the new case on the shelf and then put the old lettuce on top.these guys do it with the milk bacon sausage produce and eggs.this is the first food service company ive ever used that does this.i have a small restarant with just three people in the kichen .this extra service that they give me is just what i needed so my cooks can just keep on cooking and take care of my custmers without having to stop to put away refrigarated food items.Ciraulos does not carry everything i use mostly the paper products.so i have to get that elseware.Also thier bacon although very good is a little pricey.
