We hired CF when our pool was throwing an error code and we are very happy with the service we received. They were happy to explain everything and answer our questions. The fix itself turned out to be more complex than they had originally expected but they handled it professionally. We will absolutely call them again when we need some help with the pool!

We have been a customer of Carefree for over five years now. They have done amazing work to keep our 40+ year old pool looking clean and its old equipment running smoothly. What we really appreciate is their willingness to repair rather than replace whenever possible, and their responsiveness to questions and service calls--we have never had to wait more than a couple of days for someone to come either assess an issue or to provide service.

The team is all friendly and professional. They recently went out of their way during a holiday weekend to fix a problem that could have become an emergency. Not every business would be willing to give up time during their holiday, but Chris, Heather, Cassandra, and both Davids (and possibly others we're not aware of) worked to make it happen. We are eternally grateful.

I would highly recommend them to every pool owner in the Dallas area.

Carefree Solutions started to care for our pool. It was green and i dont know anything about my pool. So they showed me how to use my equipment and basics to watch for. Now my pool is clear and clean. Thank you

I Hired them to come out and take a look at my pool that my husband couldnt figure out! We had several people come out and look at it others said it would cost over 1200 for a pump! Carefree Solutions was able to do it for under 1,000!! They got it done fast, quick, and accurate! They always call, leave messages, and leave paperwork for me. I would recommed them to anyone for there pool needs!
