This is a family owned business in Carrollton, Texas. The owner Alex Gonzales is a very personable, too bad he has a difficult time returning phone calls and follow ups. Seem he needs an office assistant to help him with appointments, call back etc. He does however know the plumbing business. He has gotten too big to take care of the "little customers" and this will hurt him in the end.
