I had a stroke and while I was in the hospital Donna was hired to clean my house $7,000 later I never got an invoice and she took off with my car keys and my gate clicker and has not returned them yet

This is the second job I asigned A 1 Cleaning. I am a Real Estate Broker out of Ca. Donna's done to investment properties purchased a foreclosure.



The work done was painting, carpet, small repairs, cleaning out a lot of stuff and trash.



Help keep up the curb apeal and inside till it closed. Donna was honest hard working and knews her stuff.



I've been investment's for 10 years and her expertise in surfaces is fantasic. I gave her my budget and did better then any realitor I used threw the process.

I am a busy young professional. Due to these circumstances my mother very generously offered to give my a big christmas present... She was supposed to do all my laundry and fully clean my apartment. On the day she was supposed to come she calls me and tells me she can't work because she is too loopy on pain medication. Finally the day arrives. I am at work when she comes to clean. She insults me behind my back neighbors she can get to listen. She calls me and criticises my home, my pet, and worst of all my weight. She says she will not put away or wash my clothes because I have such a huge variation of sizes. I did not ask for her opinion of my weight gain. She is supposed to come back o finish up the job, and once again she is on drugs. She comes back for day two eventually and does nothing except leave a note on my fridge. She says she refuses to clean up my trash again. After not cleaning on day two she NEVER CAME BACK AND DID THE JOB SHE WAS PAID FOR.

A1 cleaning by design did a fantastic job, I used several services Cleaning my home and my business, clean up after the company party. Not only was the staff efficient my pricing was bundled and very reasonable. I will use this service again. I would recommend calling ahead of time if you want bundled pricing..
