Provided by YP.comLast year it was a $125. silk blouse with a black mark that could not be removed. I didn't do it. Luckily I was able to replace. Now it's a $300. sweater set with a hole in the shell. No longer available to replace. The gal in Minerva has had other complaints, but fails to produce improved service. This is getting expensive!!!
