Ruth Farrell, MD, an obstetrics and gynecology specialist, is joining Tanner Healthcare for Women in Carrollton. Dr. Farrell earned her medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine in the Dutch Caribbean. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the State University of New York Downstate Science Center at Brooklyn, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Farrell is also a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
