Ordered pizza last night and it took 2 hours to get here. I tried calling to cancel order and they never answered the phone. When the pizza got here, it was cold and burnt. The thin crust was limp and the hand tossed was so hard my kids couldn't eat it. Horrible. I will not order from there again.

The staff are super friendly and really seem to strive for good customer service. The food is always great and ready on time.

They always have their phone directed to the call center after a few rings. I've been in here before while the workers were not doing anything but standing around and the phone would ring and the manager will tell them not to answer it to let it go to the call center. tonight when placing my order the phone kept going to the call center so I would just hang up and call back until I got an actual person in the store because I did not want my order to get messed up. My delivery time was over an hour and when I receive my food it was wrong it took me over 30 minutes to get them to answer the phone then I was put on hold for another 6 minutes. I told them that the order was messed upand was informed that they would bring he order back out but it would be another hour and a half wait. And that they needed to take the messed up pizza with them. I explained that my children had already taken two slices and eaten them so I didnt still have a whole pizza. After all by this time they were starving. She said that she needed the whole thing in order to replace the pizza that was wrong. That the best she could do was give me a five dollar credit.

This place is a joke, wait over a hour to be told my order was cancelled no calls no nothing I'll never use this pizza hut again I'll go across town to get the pizza I order!!

This was my first time at pizza hut it was by far the worst crust I have ever had
