I’ve been using Karol for about 2 years now and love her. She is professional as well as loving, I would recommend her to everyone. She even cut my babies hair when I was broke and allowed me to pay her the next week. She treated me not just as a client but also as a friend.

Karol always does what is best for the dogs. She is blunt, but this is to serve the dogs. My dogs absolutely love her and her obedience work has dramatically reduced problematic behaviors. I'm so grateful for her. My dog kisses her more than he kisses me! I plan to switch all my boarding and grooming over to her so I don't have to doubt that my dogs are taken care of and treated with respect while boarding and grooming. I've had some very bad experiences with neglect from several boarding/grooming, and vet places in Villa Rica/Carrollton. I put complete confidence in Karol.

This woman is rude, ugly and I would never allow her anywhere near my dogs. Nasty person all around.
