I Called in for a pickup pizza, i was put on hold for five minutes and then was disconnected. I called bacl a second time and tried to explain what happened, whoever answered the phone didn't listen to what i had to say but hung up on me again. Buy that time i didn't want a pizza anymore. I called back a third time to try to explain what had happened the person that answered the phone kept telling me that they were really busy and the phones were not working properly. I didnt believe her, why put someone on hold for five minutes in the first place and then don't try to apoligize buy telling me that the phones wasn't working. I had company over and was going to order a pretty large order. I just want the manager to know that i'm a paying customer just like the ones that are in the there eating.
