Great customer service, very knowledgeable and very friendly. They have competitive prices, able to get to you quickly to fix the problem and show up when they say they are going to. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

IMy problem was a very simple solution of basically reseating and tightening a pipe connection ( leak) - no other parts or materials necessary and took approximately ten minutes to complete However, when I asked the tech to check a squeaky faucet he then informed me that Cox Plumbing does not service mobile homes. I was charged $95.00. They performed just enough work to charge their exorbitant service charge and then informed me that they do not work on mobile homes!
The techs obviously saw a mobile home when they pulled in the driveway. (One year old home) I was not informed of their policy then. If there is a no mobile home policy at this company, the professional and honest thing to do would be that the customer should be asked when setting an appt. if the home is a mobile home. I complained to the office about this situation in a detailed email but , imagine that, I received no answer, no phone call, no apology, nothing. Please don't use this underhanded company!

I have used Cox Plumbing in the past but never again! The service tech was rude, and basically said he could fix the problem, but didn't want to be bothered. This was the most unprofessional service tech I have ever dealt with. Cox plumbing is more expensive than other plumbers, but in the past I felt they were worth it. The plumber I found to fix the problem taught that they are not. They get no future work from me.

I called at lunch time to have our septic tank emptied and they were here a few hours later. Everyone was friendly from the office staff to the guys doing the work. I was really impressed how quick and thorough they did the job. No extra fees added to the price, it was the same as quoted over the phone. I will use them again and would recommend them to any of my friends or family.



Update for June 1st 2013, Sat. Eve. water pipe emergency, Stu showed up within the hour, he was very professional and made the repair. Quality work for a good price and emergency service. We will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks Stu.

I am very pleased with the service I received. Stuart is very friendly and professional and did a very good job. Their rates are very reasonable, actually a little less than their competitors.

Very friendly and helpful on the phone when I called. Came out when they said they would. Repaired my problem where the other company did a bandaid fix. I will definitely recommend them and will use them from now on.

Not friendly!! They act as if they didn't want to do the work, and made several negative comments! That would be the last time I'd call them for any plumbing work, and I'd spend the extra money just to get friendly service!!
