hello, im writeing you all here becouse i dont know how to send a email or find a web site for carroll,co family children services. any one who reads this , please contact and let them know of child neglect in my area. there are 3, children that are left alone every day,,all day. [ they are, 16yrs,,14yrs,,and 10yrs ] they are very rude to adults, out roaming the streets all day, and all night up to 3 and 4am,,,, going around the area asking for what ever they need, keeping people up with very load music, and young and older boys and men comeing and going in and out thier house all hours of the day, and night. the mother and father are never there, and come to the house once or twice every other two weeks. the place is very nasty, and the kids are in the same clothing every other day. these kids have been harrasing adults, and will not get out of the way when cars are comeing and going. they barther other peoples property,,go in peoples yards,they live at [ 110 jackson,st.carrollton,ga.
