I appreciate the reviewer: "outindupage" sharing their experience and am sorry that they did not feel the service received was optimal. Based on the message, here's my response: 1. If the compressor failed after 3 years it would have been under warranty and replaced at no cost to the customer. 2. We always recommend replacing the coil when we replace a condensor, we also recommend replacing the line set at that time. Because we do not have the detail from the reviewer we cannot search our records to see what was proposed or what choice the homeowner made. 3. We stand behind our work 100%; if we have made an error and it was brought to our attention we would acknowledge it and correct it. For over 100 years we have serviced our clients with the belief to always do the right thing even if "nobody's looking." We believe this philosophy is what's kept us in business for so long. Our goal as should be any business is to ensure customers are satisfied. Repeat business and referrals are the lifeblood of our business. If a situation isn't right, we endeavor to make it right. Every time. Unfortunately the majority of customers who are satisfied don't take the time to share their experiences as often as people unhappy with a service. We invite our happy customers to share their experiences and hope anyone reading this response appreciates that we do take each and every customer's experience seriously.
