If I could give this organization negative stars I would! They are unprofessional, do not provide requests for time sensitive information in a timely fashion (e-mailing after hours on a Friday asking for response "same day"). Any homeowner/association should stay far away. Can't do the basics like process payment checks correctly, much less work with associations and as a homeowner representative well. If I rent again and would have to work with Stellar I wouldn't rent that home. They blame the tenant for everything.



This is NOT affiliated with the Stellar Property Management of Chicago IL. This is related to the organization in Carol Stream IL, Diane, Jeremy, the after hours staff who do NOT respond in a timely manner as well as the accounting staff who repeatedly pushed checks through the banks early thus causing bank accounts to cash (pushing checks through that are DATED for the 1st on the 27th of the month is UNACCEPTABLE). They cannot be counted on to handle unit issues.
