So it's the winter of 2013/2014, lots of snow... This company never shows up on a regular schedule or performs a complete snow removal (drive + walkway/stairs) without a few "friendly" follow up phone calls! They operate by making 2 visit a day. On their terms.DON'T EXPECT customer service, I called to ask for earlier plow visits and Paul Pop Sr. Cussed me out and told me that his years of plow experience routines was not willing to accommodate a request for early a.m. Snow removal and walk clearing (on my particular building). I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company for they are unreliable, have poor service , and low standards. There is many other local contractors to choose from.

Be very careful about doing business with this company. He does not pay his bills.

I was referred to this company by a friend ,who is a client of 32 years of Pope Landscaping.I had a 620 sq ft multicolored patio installed, along with a 16000 sq ft driveway. I am very pleased with the quality craftsmanship and professional manner in which they conducted business.I also have them plow my driveway and business lot.
