This person has treated me like I was one of the family. Denise takes the time to check every train package I sent to make sure It is packed properly. If not then she will repack it for me. The service I get from this shop is Heads and Shoulders above the UPS store. The shop may be a little cluttered but these people know the business

Finally, a shipping place that asks me what my needs are and explains my choices. The last place I shipped at had an attitude of "take it or leave it". Thank you for giving me the choice of how fast or slow and explaining the differences. You have a new loyal customer.
