I normally don’t write reviews but I created an account to warn future renters and current tenants. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! The moment you give them your deposit money, you can kiss it goodbye. They will charge you for everything little thing when you move out even though it’s considered “minor wear and tear”. If you have 10 windows and screens with blinds, they will charge you to replace all 10 of them even when though they are in good/satisfactory condition. They clearly don’t know how to distinguish between minor wear and tear with something being damaged. They will charge you for lawn service even though you left the lawn in great condition. They will charge you an outrages amount for cleaning the property even though you left it spot less. This company is a joke. Looks like I’m not the only one with this same complaint. I can’t believe they got away with taking everyone’s deposit. Sadly, I’m added to one of their victim. CURRENT TENANTS, TAKE LOTS Of PICTURES WHEN YOU MOVE OUT. Don’t be another one of their victim.

Happy but misled!

This is my first review on any company, but i feel people need to know... so here it goes: My Wife and I had recently rented a duplex advertised on Tiner's website.. It is what we wanted... however, now it has become pulling teeth to get the repairs done to make it feel more like a home to us. for example: Kitchen was in unsatisfactory condition as well were some major noticeable things, on the day of the walk through, the agent wrote down some things she noticed that need to be repaired, and asked us to turn in a list of repairs as well. we did.... now, the agent is saying that she will only do less than 1/5 of the repairs. due to her saying that she just wrote them down just to make a note of the damages..... so because we signed the lease we are stuck doing the repairs we want ourselves in order to make if feel more like a home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Does anyone else think thats unsatisfactory???? we love the duplex! but for paying as much as we are in rent... dont you think their service should be alot better??????? i'm giving tenant satisfactory a 2 out of 10 for us!! Dont ever take the agents word for it... get it in writing!!! that was our mistake, well i guess now we know everyone is out there for money and to take advantage of people!!! oh, and this is our first duplex.... so yeah a bad taste in our mouths about this property management company! hopefully we will have better luck in the future!!!!!!!
