Mr. Timothy Beach is very professional, very clean and polite. He is also reasonable, no complaints, would recommend him to anyone. Would hire Mr. Beach again.

Beware of Tim Beach- my chimney had flooded through the flue - Mr Beach after telling me how honest he is and gave no price for estimates kept telling me I needed a larger chimney cap- he did not bring a ladder to inspect the chimney and when offered the use of my ladder stated he no longer goes up on roofs - he kept insisting I needed a larger chimney cap based on his expertise- when he didn't inspect the flue where the water had come in I questioned if it needed to be assessed too- Tim kept insisting I needed a larger cap despite the fact a new one had been installed in October. I paid $40 but only received part of an old previously used cap- according to Tim I needed to drill it onto the existing cap.
I had a second opinion by chimney company that actually inspected the roof and basement flue who located the problem and fixed it.
When I tried to return the cap Mr Beach became agitated and told me I was cheap- he was a business man and I had stolen his time and invited him into the basement . Feeling threatened by his behavior I left his business stuck with a rusted partial chimney cap.

Quality work with a real knowledge of the business. I needed my chimney cleaned and upgraded for a new gas hot water heater installation. Workmen knew local codes, and when the local fire inspector came, the job passed with flying colors. And they left no mess! I would not hesitate to use again.

Very clean, very professional, great price, excellent job all around! Highly recommend!!
