Phil Lukes and his staff are the worst. If I could give 0 or negative stars I would.

The poor service and the condescending attitude from he and his employees have finally forced me to switch providers after 13yrs of on time payments and very few claims.

He is the worst. Do not use him. There are many other State Farm agents out there. Do not make this mistake.

This agency is the worst! As an insurance company, aren't you supposed to assist clients in catastrophe? "I just don't know how to help you". Isn't that your job? Will be looking for a new insurance company...terrible, terrible service. Doesn't return phone calls either. Have had enough!

This agency gives outstanding customer service! Every contact we have with Phil or his team is pleasant and we are always treated with respect. Top Notch!
