The service is bad and they are very rude,the meat we took in, I think got switched for some crap they were trying to get rid of. We will never use them again and suggest you do the same.

I used Frontier to butcher to cut and wrap a pig bought from the county fair. I called twice with a special order request but they did not return my call. They did a standard cut. They mixed up the order sending me home with the wrong pig. I had to take back the pig (100 miles round trip and 5 hours of my time). They admitted getting hundreds of phone calls and are unable to return them all. They blamed the seller of the pig for not giving them a name to contact, even though I tried to contact them. They blamed us for waiting so long to pick up the pig, I was there within 3 days to pick up the pig. There is a large sign in the lobby that says "don't call us to see when your order is ready we will call you"Don't do that unless you want problems! The poor girl that raided the pig for college ended up getting the pig back, I ended up with two days of my life waisted, and the butcher ended up with a bad review.
