Completely rude.
I called with a simple question before my family placed a huge order:
"Good morning, Ma'am, would you please tell me if your beans have lard in them?"
"Lard?"
"Yes, Ma'am, pig fat. I'm not able to eat it."
"I know what it is!"
"Are you able to tell me if your beans have it?"
"Hold." She slammed the phone on the counter, but made sure I heard every word she said.
"These damn vegans calling with their stupid questions really piss me off! She thinks she needs to know if our beans have lard in them. LARD!!!"
When she came back to the phone, I calmly apologized for offending her and told her I would not be bothering her again.
She huffed into the phone and said, "Fine."

Very professional, Sno to Go.

Hope the owner knows how you get your kicks and treat your customers.

Oh, and I'm not a vegan.
