What a joke! After 4 service calls, the tech finally found what was wrong with my unit. Tech manager is even more laughable! If he says that he'll call you, rest assured that it is in his own good time, no matter what time he says that he'll get back to you. Then, once they make a service call, they will offfer an energy efficiency test, which then turns into a sales pitch for the insulation that they happen to be selling. Do not expect communication from the service tech and the front office. The office had told me that they'd be out on one afterfnoon, but failed to show. The service manager admitted that he doesn't turn in his paper work, so obviously, no one is accountable. For the life of me, I don't know how this business has remained in business for all these years! I think closing your eyes and taking a pick, any pick, is more proficient than relying on them!
