Husband & wife team Lisa and Raul Deju have been involved in brewing beer, specializing in Belgian-style Ale, for over 10 years. Raul owned Cerveceria Guadalupe for 2 years in Mexican wine country, the Guadalupe Valley (Valle de Guadalupe), located 20 minutes east of Ensenada. Also now open at this location - Guadalupe Brewery. Home brew classes available to perfect your techniques in extract, partial mash & full grain brewing.
