Service tech, Lenny, was outstanding, on time, very professional. The best I have ever experienced.

John was friendly, on time, and got the job done quickly. Since then, I've only seen 1 ant on our table outside, which I don't think is problematic. My only complaint is the price. But with that said, we never had to call for a follow-up visit within the 6 months.

I have been using Antbusters for many years and have been completely satisfied! Their customer service is the best and their monthly service charge is very reasonable compared to other companies I have used. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service!

We had an uncontrolable rat problem. I felt helpless, I tried traps and poison but I was afraid my dog might get a hold of the poison. It seemed like I could not get rid of them completly. I gave AntBusters a try and they completly eliminated the problem. They were very consious of the dog and made sure nothing they did would put the dog danger. Because they did such a great job with the rats I decided to give them a call when we had a Bee problem. Not only did they completly eliminate the bees but they did it the same day that I called. They were completely professional and friendly.

We have been with Antbusters Pest Control since 2004 and a half! I can tell you we have had every conceivable pest that these guys have dealt with every time especially ants, bees and rats. My wife came home one day to find ants covering the entire family room ceiling, floor counter tops and was a wreck - Jim who I think was the owner at the time took care of it - really smashing guy. We have also had a problem with fruit flies and raccoons the latter they could do nothing about (probably had indegestion from the goldfish never came back!). Lenny is our service guy now and he is punctual,efficient very courteous and very thorough. Good reliable value for money company and service IMVO (in my valuable opinion)

I've been using Antbusters for years and I've always had great customer service (on regular treatments and on call-backs for critters that have unexpectedly shown up). They are very responsive and do a great job!

The president of Antbusters took the time last month to accompany us on a walkthrough of the complex. We discussed issues pertaining to bees, gophers, ants, rodents, etc. Took the time to show us how they track rodent population. Very knowledgeable and explains things plainly- no blowing smoke, if you know what I mean. Learned that he had his crew out to do extra work to assure we won't have ants this summer (at no extra cost I must add). What a blessing! The man takes good care of us. It shows.

Excellent service and results. They didn't try to force me in to a long term contract. They just came out and got rid of my huge ant problem. One phone call and the problem was solved. Would definitely recommend Antbusters.

"Antbusters came out and treated my entire home. They cautioned me that the ants might take a couple of days to disappear. Well, next day the ants were gone. Completely. I like to think it was the mere presence of the Antbuster's truck that did the trick. Put the fear of God into 'em! And, at the height of 'ant season' (late August), there isn't an ant to be found. Sweet!

We have used Antbusters since 2005 and found their customer service and their ability to rid our home of ants and other pests exemplary. If we discover ants between their scheduled visits, they send someone out promptly to remedy the problem. They are always friendly, call in advance of their visits, and are very customer service oriented.

I totally recommend Antbusters over a bigger company like Orkin or something, they are professional and personable. The specialist who came out to take a look at the business I manage was laid back and even funny, while still clearly taking our ant problem seriously (and when your customers start seeing ants in a deli… yeah, it’s a serious thing, believe me!). He also clearly knew what he was doing, because he drew up a plan and made us an estimate, then when we agreed, they got to work the next day and now, many days later, it seems we are totally insect free, and that means free of grossed out customers!

It’s only been a day or so, so I can’t say for sure whether our ants are “busted” once and for all, but I can say this: we don’t see any ants right now, and that’s a first in weeks and weeks! We tried everything from never keeping any foods out, not even fruit or onions or anything, and taking out all trash every day, and then even got different sprays and traps and all that stuff from the pharmacy, and the house was still infested with ants all the time. The ant buster guy came over, talked to us, looked around for a while, and then got to work for a few hours using some treatments, blocking a few holes, etc. and it seems to have worked like a charm!
