Very competent, friendly staff. My stylist consulted with me on hair color and cut before we started to make sure she would give me exactly the color and style I was wanting. The peppermint water and massage was an extra treat. And the salt cave is a great 45 min of relaxation. This is a top rated salon and one that I will continue to go to.

I wasn't sure what to expect but I was really happy with my experience at Tranquility and in the salt cave. Not sure how or why but I came away feeling refreshed.

Tranquility salon is first rate! The staff is caring and knowledgable. The salt cabve is AMAZING, massages are RELAXING, and the foot detox is WONDERFUL! Carlisle needed a place like this! Check it out for yourself.

I have been a long time client of Lisa Ramsey, the owner. This salon is beyond beautiful. You have a sense of well being as soon as you walk in the door. Her staff is top notch including Lisa herself who is genuinely sincere and so very helpful and patient. I always have her full attention when I have an appointment with her. I have used the salt cave and have salt lamps in my bedroom and now at work. I highly recommened this salon and their products!!!

Be careful here....very disappointing customer service. I have been a loyal customer for the last year. My husband bought me a gift certificate for my birthday, which I lost....after contacting the owner, we were told that they keep no record of the gift cards and have no way of tracking whether I have used it or not. (even though they know I haven't stepped foot in their salon since the card was purchased!)

My husband and I had couples massage and visited the salt cave. Massage was excellent very relaxing and my joint pain was gone after using the salt cave. We did buy a lamp to put in our bedroom and I must say my husbands sleep apnea is gone! We r amazed.

We visit Tranquility often and love the holistic approach they have toward wellness and relaxation. When you walk in you are completely relaxed. The Aveda products are amazing and the salt cave has been such a blessing to me with my sinus problems. I am thankful to have such a place in Carlisle

Not the best experience. We stopped in for the salt cave, oxygen bar, and purchased several products... spent a couple hundred dollars that day.Be VERY CAREFUL when purchasing Gift Certificates, not the usual expiration dates that you would expect.
