I went to Mark today with all sorts of evidence to prove that a dress was ruined by the cleaning process. I had receipts, before and after photos, the works. I asked him about his claims process and explained the situation to him. Before I could trot out all my evidence, he was taking down my name and contact information to send me a check.This is why I prefer to shop small businesses...like Mark's.

I've been coming to this dry cleaner for years. They're always polite and do a good job with our dry cleaning. We will continue to use them for years to come.
