Absolute worse customer service and communication that I have EVER experienced in my entire life. I had booked with them for my reception and had a signed contract with them and sent them a very large amount of money with a check that they cashed and about a month or so later they finally decided to call and left me a message to tell me that they somehow overbooked and that I could either change my date or basically could not have my reception there. Shannon was terrible with communication from the beginning and after finding out 4 months out from my wedding that I could not have my reception there no one bothered or even put any effort into sincerely apologizing to me for breaching the contract and totally screwing me over. I will never recommend this place and will tell everyone to stay far away from them. Do not use them for your wedding. They will not give you the time of day or even be courteous or professional enough to admit their mistake.
