Our Heat Pump unit broke two Saturdays ago, the day before we left for vacation. It was very hot outside and I was nervous that it would not be fixed for at least a day. CPI had someone out to our house within the hour. He was able to fix the problem quickly, and I felt very comfortable with the service provided. He seemed very truthworthy, and the price seemed fair.
