This company does a great job at treating their customers well. All of the lights in my upstairs stopped working, as well as all of the outlets. I called Appalachian and they sent a technician out to my home in about 45 minutes (wow!). The technician was very pleasant (even though he had already put in a 10 hour day)… very knowledgeable and explained the problem very clearly. Repair was made, price was very fair, and I’m very happy!

Jonathan was great to work with. He knew exactly what he was doing, and was quick in doing the work. Never felt like he was trying to pull a fast one on me (had that problem with another company I had in for an estimate, uggg). Would not hesitate to use him again in the future!

Everything went smooth as can be! I received a quote in a timely manner… and my electrical problems were fixed the next day. Jonathan was terrific to work with… and even game me a few pointers on some other electrical projects we have goin on in our house. I’d ABSOLUTELY use them again for any electrical work needed!

Can’t say enough about Appalachian Electric! Very kind people… SUPER responsive to questions. We’ve used them on 3 different properties we own and each time they’ve came through and saved the day. Their work is top notch.. and they offer less expensive options to fix things a better way. I know there are a lot of good things I’m forgetting to say about this company, but give them a call. You’ll find out for yourself!

Jonathan was super friendly, and figured out the two problems we were having very quickly. The whole process only took about an hour… which included running out to get a replacement part. Quality work, and the price wasn’t bad at all. Just a fantastic experience with this company!
