Very disappointed with their service I called them to check my lines and they said was the cesspool overflowing they didn't do the job, they didn't wanted to come back to redo it now they tell me they don't garanteed the job, they don't want to give me a refund, I call another company 6 days later he came to empty 2000 gallons, aeration and put chemicals in my cesspool, he took over an hour to do it, and citywide in 10 minutes they were done they got me for $461. My bathroom overflowed in 3 days after making a big mess in my house. They are very dishonest they don't deserve to be in business.

Reliable & Good service called, but a bit on the expensive side, it is what it is, got the job done!!

Highly recommend CityWide for sewer and drain needs- had multiple problems with my sewer system after I purchased my new home- They explained everything to me in full detail, camera'd the line and was able to fix everything for a low price!! I have copies of the DVD and was able to see exactly what the issue was- amazing bc before this i had no idea about any of these things- Haven't had a problem since!

I highly recommend CITYWIDE SEWER and DRAIN! Their service techs and plumbers are excellent and very knowledgable in the field. They have emergency service and are open on all major holidays, 24 hours per day!! Many times I've needed service in the middle of the night and they were there, very reliable and fair price. They have coupons on their website that apply to most services they perform. I am confident in recommending their services to everyone!!
