I ordered soft pink roses, with white Lilys, as advertised from your arrangement on the website. But, they decided to replace the white Lilys, with pink Lilys, and never called or email to inform me of the new changes. I called and spoke with customer service about the arrangement, was incorrect.
800 FLOWERS, customer service explained they would resend the correct arrangement. The new arrangement was never sent out, which was ordered again on October 24. I called again on October 30, because the new arrangement were supposed to be delivered October, 29th which was never delivered as promised. Now the arrangement is obsolete. This is simply false advertisement, period! You as Management, need to step up to the plate where we are able to email you! You need to know what is going on behind the scene. But as of today, I will not ever do any business with 800 flowers and I will request not to receive anything from 800 Flowers as well.
