Holmes Construction saved my house for sale. I had a house for sale in McCormick Ranch Scottsdale, AZ after six months without a offer! I called Holmes Construction Inc., Martin Holmes came out and stated the issues I had wrong and he came back for 5 days at a cost of 8K. My house interior was painted, electrical issues resolved, and new appliances were installed. I had a full price offer within a week, Wow! I highly recommend Holmes Construction Inc.

I give Martin Holmes of Holmes Construction a 10 plus, reason, I recently had a house to sell in McCormick Ranch in Scottsdale, AZ. Martin Came in and Cleaned up our House, I was trying to sell. In 5 days After painting, electrical fixes and appliance replacements i sold the house for full Price in 4 days' yes 4 days i could not belive it for $9K I got my price and also back up offers. Martin Holmes came highly recommended to us by a long time Carefree resident. We planned on remodeling our 2 bedroom home in Scottsdale. After much discussion, a gut renovation was under way.
