Today I called about 10 different craft or art supply stores looking for a specific gel pen that is very hard to find. All those stores said no they don't carry it. Period.

THEN I called Palace Art & Office Supply on 41st in Capatola. WOW what a difference! The man went and looked and he didn't have it in stock but then said "It's no problem to order it for you. I can have it in 4 or 5 days". That's customer service at its best! I have been looking for this pen for quite awhile. The other stores couldn't be bothered but Palace could and they will get all my art supply business from now on! Thank you Palace.
