I used Nate's for the first time today. His response was fast, I could not have been more pleased with the service. Before he started any work, he told me what the cost would be. Nate cleaned, repaired, and added a check flow valve to my sump pump. This was its 1st check flow valve. Probably something I have been needing for a long time. Nate saw the need and supplied it. He also checked a water problem I have been having in a bath and told me how to solve that - brown water in a tub that is not used very often. His price was most reasonable. I certainly will be a repeat customer and am now once again a Happy Homeowner. :)

Backstory

I called my home warranty AHS and they directed me to Nate's Plumbing service. I found that he was polite, not punctual but neither was I, he knew his job, had all the correct equipment, and was clean. Him and his crew sprayed and satized my bathroom and left it in good condition when they left. The night Nate came to my house, the same night WSSC called a plumber to come out as well. Wssc's plumbe was nasty, unprepared, and messy. I had a great experience with Nate and compared to WSSC plumber, Nate gets an A+ in my book.

Nate is a bully! He got very aggressive when I disputed a visual inspection charge! Really scared me!
