I was initially very excited about this store. After several visits, I started wondering if they were just telling me what I wanted to hear. Nothing seems to be a problem, they can explain it all. Liquid is supposed to last 1 to 2 weeks, cartomizers, 2 weeks. I thought I was doing something wrong because those averages were WAY off. Both times, they downplayed it, saying they can use up liquid in 2 days and a cartomizer in 1 day. Seems a little expensive. I didn't feel I was getting the salesperson's full attention, since he kept stopping to greet every person who walked through the door, quite loudly. So I ended up with a product I don't like, isn't what I wanted (out of stock again) and now, I'm stuck with it (no returns or exchanges on anything). After speaking with the manager they say they tell you there are no returns or exchanges, by way of "warranty". A warranty is not a return policy. They must be so busy they don't care to lose a customer or two.

As we explained in the email to you, despite our company policy, we did try and work something out with you. We're sorry we didn't have what you were looking for. Our staff does not get paid on commission and would not force any product on our customers. We do not accept exchanges on used products because we do not sell used products. I'm sure there are plenty of places that do, but we want our customers to have no doubt that when they buy something from Vapin' in the Cape, they are not buying something that has been used by someone else and then returned. If the product is defective, we will absolutely exchange or replace that product because the manufacturer will replace it for us. We sincerely apologize that we did not meet your expectations, and we wish you the best of luck in the future.

I'VE GONE TO ALL OF THEM, I'VE ALSO HAD THE LOCAL STORES HAVE A BOOTH & REPRESENT AT OUR FUNDRAISERS. VAPIN IN THE CAPE, BY FAR, EXCEEDS ALL OTHER STORES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!! That to me is the #1 most important. Their products are superior, & I've never been treated rudely unlike "The Vape Store", or had to pay FULL PRICE 4A PRODUCT THAT FAILED IN 3DAYS AFTER PURCHASE!!
