Hired Tony's Pest Control to service lawn during a six month absence. Went to small claims court where the issue was settled. However, while in the court house, he threatened to damage our home during our absence.

I am sorry you were not happy with services. We do pride ourselves on our service. Had I known you were not happy with your service I would've personally been involved to make sure that you were.

Our experience with this company is not a good one to say the least! The first time they came out, customer service was not what I was expecting. The man who came never talked to me to let me know what they were doing or what they had found. Only thing that was written down was that there were ants. Not what kind, not where they were, nothing! Needless to say the first time of just "spraying" did nothing! After they were contacted again, they came out once again and did the same exact thing. Still had the same results! They just mask the situation instead of finding where the true problem is, almost like a sceme to make more money by never fixing the problem. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone who really wants to have their problem actually taken care of. If you would like to hire someone to continue claiming they can take care of the problem only by masking it, I'd say this is your company. We chose to go with a more reputable company with great customer service and had the ability to thoroughly take care of the situation by not just spraying a mist throughout the house.

We have them service all of our rental homes on the river. There are a dozen homes that they service for us, and they are very professional about their work.All I do is call, give the address - tell them the problem and they take it from there. We have nothing but good things to say.At our rental on Fort Myers Beach, a tenant from Toronto called 2 weeks ago, and Tony's was there that afternoon. The tenant was happy and they emailed after going back home and said that they could not believe how fast they responded.Call Tony's when you have a problem, you will be glad that you did.

WE HAVE USED ONLY TONY'S PEST CONTROL SINCE WE MOVED TO FLORIDA 15 YEARS AGO. WE HAVE NOTHING BUT GREAT THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THEIR SERVICEAND THEIR FRIENDLY TECHNICIAN'S. IF WE EVER HAVE A "BUG" PROBLEM, WE JUSTCALL AND THEY ARE THERE FOR US. WE HAVE THREE LITTLE DOGGIES AND HAVENEVER HAD A FLEA PROBLEM THANKS TO TONY'S!!THANK YOU GUYS,JIM, MARCIA, TRACY (BAMBINO, CARLITO & PETITA)

I have had Tony's Pest Control for many years and they have always serviced my home in a very professional way. I call and they are out here promtly and taking care of business. I have had the same Technician for years and he is very informative when I have questions.Thank you from my pets for killing those fleas, and thanks from my husband and I for getting rid of those pesty ants and also all those la cocaroachas. Keep up the good work.

i have never had my lawn done till i had my daughter 8yrs ago, with the thought of her getting bit by and ant, i called tonys, i have nothign but great things to say of them, super sevice great price nice pest tech, you call and say you are seeing ants and they make sure they get sum1 out to spray within 2 days. i have never been so happy witha service as i am with tonys. i am a 8yrs client and many more to come. keep up the SUPER job you are doing.
