Excellent customer service! The young lady I worked with was very patient and brought up things to consider when choosing a size for my pendant lights. I will be back for my next project!

I would have to completely disagree with the other review on here. We have had nothing but exceptional customer service and quality.

These people are unreliable. I took lamps to be repaired and they let the woman who was going to repair them take them home with her. They did not notify me and when I went to pick them up was the first time I was aware of it. The woman who was supposed to repair them is going to return them to me with the repair not made because she has started a new job and is too busy.
