I had to revisit the store 5 times for my wife's wedding dress. I paid almost $150 for the dress to be cleaned and boxed. I came back in two weeks as told and was showed 4 different dresses that were no where near the same as hers. When I showed my ticket to the owner the dress still couldnt be found. I then received the excuse that the box was damaged and had to be sent back for a new one. I came back a couple weeks later as again prescribed and the dress could not be located and I again I had to refresh the owners mind over what had happened and which dress was my wife's. The dress still not ready was picked up by a family member today (about two more weeks later) 1.5 months later and called me to say the box was scratched. If they couldnt handle the job they should not have taken it.
