Don't listen to that other guy. I have been with Gonzalez Utilities for 2 1/2 years now and have had nothing but smiling employees and great customer service. They will happily work with you on your bill if something comes up. Five stars definitely well deserved!

That I wish this was not the only water company in my area, that some of the people who work here are not very nice or warm, that some of the people who work there should not work in cutomer service for they seem not to care about there customers at all. They have a hard time with the small things like when a customer calls up and questions their bill. Or just giving simple information like what is the new balance due. If I told my best friend about this place I would tell them that the area where I live is wonderful and peaceful, but just because of one company it makes me wish I had never moved over here for there is only one option for a water company and it leaves much to be desired for. I wanted to rate it zero stars but YP wouldnt let me.
