They are not open 24 hours a day! I've been calling and the hours aren't even mentioned in the recorded voice greeting! No one called to let me know glasses were ready. I had to call to find out they've been there for almost a week already!

The absolute worse service I have ever received!!!!!!! The technician TOTALLY messed up my requests and every time I try to get my EXPENSIVE glasses fixed I get the run around and rotten service. Been back to the vision center at least 10 times and still glasses are not right.
