Where do I start. Its friday Oct 7th and they have no payroll check for me. I guess I work for free. The levels of unprofessional behavior are astonishing. They do not do their own payroll. Checks are sent from Los Angeles. Now Im being evicted from my home because I promised my landlord money and I STILL HAVE NO RESOLUTION for if and when im going to get PAID. I had a trainer just not show up one saturday so we had to wait around while they frantically called any warm bodied person to teach our class. They are all about cost cutting and demand you do not take 1 minute of time to properly notate your call before another one is ringing in. They just run around and check to see if youre over your average handle time and if so start talking into your ear about getting the "valued" customer off the line before you can even get a resolution for them first. If a customer asks for a supervisor, forget it, they will hardly if ever come and sooth the customers VALID complaints about AT&T shady charges and business practices. You have no timecard and only get paid if youre sitting at your computer logged into your telephone. No where to park you get charged every month for a parking pass. The security is a bunch of old men who have no weapons and have had conversation with one who is 52 and married about how he picks up street walkers and does disgusting things and how he loves 18yr olds and how many hes had sex with cheating on his wife. angry upper management. Its impossible to do this job properly its a fantasy that they all have in their minds. Recently demoted assistant managers who are over worked and visibly angry every day. The turnover is HORRENDOUS. They would rather fire you and hire someone else they have big promises of "fun atmosphere" and make "good money" which they fail miserably to deliver on. Like ATT they lure their workers and new customers with promises they cannot keep RIP OFF DONT APPLY HERE THE BENEFITS ARE SO EXPENSIVE ALSO.

GHOST CALLS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLS TAKE MONEY FRIM GOOD REPS

Great opportunities. Rules of payment and conversion regulations concerning incentives paid need rwvied and adjusted such as GHOST CALLS? CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLS COUNRING AGAINST YOUR CONVERSION RATE? Yea. Big problem with your commission dissapearing when it's out of your control. NOT COOL! Quota made all week earning you max top pay of commission but last day of pay period some how a ton of customer service calls an ghost calls which is no one on the line. Goes against yourcconversion to take your entire commission you worked hard all week for due to customer service calls ( customers calling in to pay bills ect..) Somehow???? Get routed to the new sales department where your only option is to transfer them to customer service yet a sale not made in the week ending conversions calculated! BS!
