They do good work but aren't w...

They do good work but aren't well managed. My technician found the problem with our built in microwave quickly. He had to go out for a part; that's okay. While he was out, he was sent on another service call. So he came back a couple hours later. I don't treat my customers that way and don't expect be treated that way.
