Filthy dirty unorganized, intensely RUDE!! Half of my dress was altered, but not the other!? Wasn't mad or angry, (stuff happens! I too am a small business owner) just took it back to ask if she could take a look... Instantly nasty and confrontational!! Unnecessarily so! Worst ever by far!

shelly does a fabulous job and is an awesome lady. . she has done sewing for me for years. reasonable prices fast service. can`t please everyone is the only explanation for the bad remarks. anyone who works with the public knows some people are unpleasable! i won`t go anywhere else for alterations.

THEE RUDEST INDIVIDUAL I'VE COME ACROSS! I'm assuming she must not need the business treating customers so nasty and speaking so immaturely and mean. Guess the first impression of how junky the building looked upon entry and the fact Shelley was scarfing down greasy fast-food at the table (which I was told to "get away from") was an indicator to run the other way. Super rude on the phone when I asked directions, but I thought a personal visit might be different. Absolutely not! Brought my mom in to have a top altered for a wedding and when spoken to in such a crass manner my mouth dropped! Quote: "like I told you three times, there's the dressing room, now get in there and we'll see what we've got to work on!!". We abruptly turned away and headed straight to North Canton to get the job done right and with courtesy. Wow, I'm still amazed - sets the standard for rudeness! No star rating is needed for this one!

i had lost weight for my sisters wedding and needed my dress taken in. once it was done i picked it up and the job was poorly done. strings hanging off and not sewn very tightly. it started to come apart during the reception. plus her shop is very dirty!! i will never go back or suggest her to anyone

Called to get a price estimate to get a bridesmaid dress hemed. Shelly answered the phone and was very rude. I asked the price range for the skirt and she told me the range, and then I asked her the prices range for the top to be let out a little. She stated "I just told you the price, I cant tell you exactly what the price is". I asked for a different part of the dress not the same. Then she told me that she helping customers there, and that I can go somewhere else for the alerations. Wow, I did not know people turned customers away. So glad I called ahead of time, instead of going there. Never use her for anything.

Very rude and unprofessional, disrespectful to clients needs. Had 5 bridesmaids in need of alterations. She lost my business.
