Confrontation- not consultation Zeb Smathers was awful. I had an appointment and was skipped. Receptionist was downright rude and contemptuous. He took a later appt ahead of me for no reason. He must have heard the receptionist and I arguing, so he stromed out in to the rec area and raised his voice. I left, telling him "your loss!" He is not that experienced (2009) and has a high temper. Better pay him or else. You can do better. Look around.
