After 2 weeks on Weight Watchers online I decided to attend a local meeting for some desperately needed support. I arrived 40 min prior to the meeting time to be told that my membership didn't include actual meetings, and I could opt to change memberships by cancelling one and purchasing another. The staff presented as rude, unprofessional and unwelcoming in lack of knowledge regarding WW online accounts and during the meeting. I did not feel welcome to return. They would not even allow me to weigh myself on their scale when I asked to compare with my home scale reading.
