It has been a long time since I have come into contact with a company that has impressed me this much. I was comparing window treatments with roughly 4 different companies. Two of them were the big home improvement stores. I became extremely confused and weary over the different advise I was getting from so many people. On a recommendation from a coworker I called Rich & Jackie. They answered the phone on a Sunday evening at 8:00! The measurement was so easy and I could tell that Rich knew the ins and outs of all of the types of treatments. The prices were phenomenal and far lower than any of my other estimates. A week and a half later Rich was at my house and installed my shades in about 30 minutes. They even sent me a thank you note that was hand written! You can't go wrong with this company and I love supporting small, local businesses. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family. Thank you again for a flawless experience.
