Ignore the nay-sayers about this place, the staff and sales representatives are overly friendly and always make time for personal conversations about your membership and any worries you may have about it.



If you are looking to commit the sales team will go OUT OF THEIR WAY to make sure you are comfortable, such as provide you with free days for the gym until your official membership starts.



There is only ONE negative, and that is that they don't have a track of any sort, but their number of bikes, treadmills, the rock climbing wall, lane pools, not to mention their huge weight lifting and "aerobics" area more than makes up for that.

Be suspicious of why you have to sign as many forms to join this gym as you would to purchase a house. In their contract they like to trick you into thinking you have a free 14 day trial period. Well, turns out it's really 13 days. Their customer service people literally told me that if I was there twice in 12 hours, that's the same as 2 days. Hmmm... 12 hours != 48 hours. SCAM!
