The manager Knollwood Memorial Cemetery, Dennis Herman is one of the worst people I've ever come across in customer service, he is the rudest most hateful individual. He does not take into consideration that he is working with families who have had a great loss in their lives, and the people that laid to rest are families love one..
He should never be allowed to work with grieving families. If the owner was smart he would revisit things and terminate Dennis Herman immediately.

9 months after purchasing a head stone and numerous attempts to find out the status if this head stone, i have come to find out that i have to take off a day of work to attend a court date to see if we can "hopefully" get the head stone that we purchased nearly a year ago, very unprofessional, and very disappointing.

Extremely incompetent. Six months after paying for a memorial plaque for the grave through them, they didn't deliver and they would not return my calls or take action to make it happen. I do not recommend them to anyone.
